 how to conceal spoilers?
Most BBSs use some kind of funky BBS tag or BBCode or something to conceal spoiler info.
Some use black backgrounds with black text, some use pop-up windows ... is there a technical way to do this or should we just say:
Spoilers below!
I mean it! Spoilers below!
Darth Vader is actually Luke's father, Anakin Skywalker.

 Re: how to conceal spoilers?
Spoiler tags apparently don't work here, nor do spoiler blocks. Instead, you could try matching 'spoiler' text to the background color of the post. Bill or Jim should know what that is. You could then use tags like "color=#101019" and "/color" (inside of brackets and without the quotes) to make text disappear from view.

It's a good idea, but it won't work. Since the green mold infected Thengel's mind and the entire site, we now have alternating greens behind each post. Even if you picked one, it might change at some point if a thread gets added above yours or removed. It's risky, at the very least.

Not to mention not all of us use the same boardstyle/color.

 Re: how to conceal spoilers?
No, I had to add a custom tag. You should see a button when you postright above the text box and below the other controls.
