I wish i could convince my players to play a Wild west Game, and a Supers game. Alas I can get no traction for either.

There was a time where EVERYTHING we played was one of those or the other. Honestly.

Post Re: Wild West One Shot
I ran a 2e Boot Hill one-shot last summer where we had two teams, black hats and white hats, each with a mission to accomplish. One black hat was after the mining payroll in the bank; another was a claim jumper; another a bandit trying to free a comrade from the county jail. The white hats were the sheriff, the town marshal, and a prospector.

I threw in complications like a rival gang of bank robbers and a lone US Marshal, as well as a wagon full of dynamite in the middle of the main street, just waiting for a stray shot to set it off.

It was inspired by the campaign rules in the back of the rule book.

I'm going to run something like this again this summer at the same con; this time I'm thinking of a posse chasing a bunch of bandits across the county.
