I never cared for the original but very much liked the recent series, and I look forward to Caprica.

I think for what it was, it was good. I was disappointed with the ending-but then after four seasons how do you end something like this and make everyone happy? (You don't, of course.)

I think they had a solid cast, solid plot and solid-no super special effects. I'm glad that they didn't try to be the new Star Trek, or do the alien of the week route. But at the same time I'm actually sick of Cylons-which I don't think should have happened. when they first showed off the skin jobs, i was "Wow!" "What a great idea! Why didn't they do this sooner?" Now I'm so fucking sick of skin jobs I'm glad the show ended.

I quite liked the 1st series, but even that early there was only really one character that i found likable that kept me watching. By a few episodes of series 2, i knew it wasn't for me. When there's no one to root for, what's the point? I'm not a masochist.
