Post Levi's OHMAS Lite
Levi Kornelsen has brilliantly captured OHMAS' spirit in a very lite version of the rules in a thread over on RPGNet: http://forum.rpg.net/showthread.php?t=545476

I think it's extraordinary! Comments?

Mmmmh I'm not in the mental space to thoroughly compare the two systems right now but it looks lovely. I hope Levi will make a pdf of it so we don't have to be online to reference rules.

Some really good ideas Levi is throwing out there. I esp like his company rules and of course, pockets and rings.

I would add maps, astrolabe, cross staff, sand glass and bell and of course compass. (Mostly navigation equipment but I grew up with some of these antiques, and they always felt vaguely sorcerous :) )

Regards,
David R

You know Doctor Dee was an enthusiastic inventor of navigational equipment? He's also the head of the Arcane Service. I missed this post last week and wanted to point that out.

Now Levi has collated the thread material into a pdf here: http://forum.rpg.net/showthread.php?t=545476&page=6 - bottom of the page.

Levi has put up the definitive version of his ultralight OHMAS game - Her Majesty's Service:

https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&pid= ... l=en&pli=1

Customers of OHMAS that have not been contacted - because they hide their emails when purchasing or they bought from Lulu - are welcome to join the Her Majesty's Service Yahoo group, where Levi will be uploading files to support HMS. If you want in, let me know!
