 Re: Questions, questions, questions...
I already manage dozens of domains so I do not mind adding another. However, I will be quite honest, I kind of like the split we have. So, maybe Jim wants to pass it on to someone else. Clash, feel like being a partner? David?
For the record, godaddy has a pretty cheap price per year (something like $10 for a single domain for a year).
Jim, transferring is pretty easy but a bit of a pain (in terms of wait and coordination). More so if you are at a different registrar but not impossible.

Not everyone likes the split, that much is clear. It has always been more about having the right place than being a partner so I am of the opinion that my participation in a more limited way would be beneficial to the continuation of the site.
I can, of course, do this by ignoring the fact that I do have the domain - I can compartmentalize. But perception is reality so I figured it would be better to have a solid difference.
I love the idea of clash or David taking it over. Even Consonant Dude. Makes no difference to me. It has simply become a hindrance to the site moving forward.

There's really nothing to do in terms of the domain. There's a small cost but it is so negligible as to be insignificant. In fact, I'm not even sure when it is next due. I'll check on it and start the process. Basically I'll just transfer the domain registration to you. As for modding....in this place? heh....nothing to it...Bill does all the hard work.

I'm not very qualified for that and besides, my views on roleplaying fora have changed a great deal. I wouldn't even know how to contribute as a poster, much less as an admin.

Well, I have my own idea on what it entails if one wants to contribute in a constructive way and get something out of it. If I am honest with myself, I just don't think I can pull that off anymore. Maybe that will change in the future but for now, I am quite happy lurking.
